Service Coordinator “Triage” as a Service

It is extremely important that all tickets assigned to your technical staff be fully accurate and complete. Our Coordinator Team reviews ALL of your tickets no matter if they were created by email, RMM alert, other integrations, or other methods. Our service will perform a full review on every ticket in your PSA system,

ensure perfect accuracy and completeness, and delegate/assign/schedule for your technical team’s action. To complete our triage effort, actions including Ticket updates, notification, resource assignment and/or delegation are configured for defined circumstances and for specified individuals or to a team via booking / scheduling links.
